Vitamin D for newborns from 0 months, Vitamin D, Organic Drops, Newborn +
In recent years, studies have confirmed that vitamin D deficiency in both children and adults is massive, making it one of the most important medical problems. The main reason for vitamin D deficiency is that we do not spend enough time in the sun. Our bodies synthesize vitamin D when exposed to sunlight, but it is difficult to get the optimal dose, especially in northern latitudes during the dark winter months. In addition, the older you get, the greater the risk of vitamin D deficiency. You also have a hard time getting enough vitamin D from your diet. The best sources of vitamin D are milk and oatmeal, eggs, salmon, tuna, mackerel and sardines. (Unfortunately, most vitamin D-fortified foods contain vitamin D2, a form that is not as well utilized by the body as opposed to D3, which the body produces from exposure to the sun.) For more detailed advice, you can contact the manager on the Biotus website.
