Cholecalciferol is a vitamin of animal origin, the immediate precursor of which is 7-dehydrocholesterol (provitamin D3). Ergocalciferol is formed in plant cells from sterol. The transformation of provitamins into their active forms occurs under the influence of ultraviolet rays. In particular, vitamin D3 is formed from 7-dehydrocholesterol in the skin when it is exposed to sunlight or artificial ultraviolet light. Use: If breastfeeding or partial breastfeeding: 400 international units (IU) of liquid vitamin D per day, starting in the first days of a child's life.
Recommended use for children under 3 years old: 1 drop per day, in addition to milk, juice or other foods. Shake well before use. No more than 1 drop per day.
Other Ingredients: coconut oil fraction (triglycerides with medium coconut chain).
