RULES FOR BIOTUS COMPETITIONS AND SWEEPSTAKES ON SOCIAL NETWORKS

Only citizens of Ukraine over the age of 14 can participate in contests and/or raffles that we hold on social networks ( Facebook , Instagram , etc.). Persons under the age of 14 can take part in contests and promotions with the permission and knowledge of their parents, because you can receive a prize only if you have a passport of a citizen of Ukraine. This condition may be changed depending on the prizes included in the prize fund.

2. We have a negative attitude towards the so-called prize hunters who hunt for prizes and participate in every promotion that can be found on the Internet. Therefore, we reserve the right to deny participation in our contests and/or sweepstakes to those accounts that seem suspicious to us, without explaining the reasons.
3. All participants are obliged to fulfill the conditions of the competition and/or raffle. A participant who has not fulfilled at least one condition of the contest and/or raffle rules cannot win the contest and/or raffle. At the time of the contest and/or raffle, all participants who have fulfilled the conditions that allow them to enter the general list participate. But if the person who did not fulfill at least one of the necessary conditions wins, we hold a repeat draw and/or contest.
4. We determine the winner in accordance with the rules of each specific contest and/or raffle. If possible, we videotape the contest and/or raffle, which is final and irrefutable evidence.
5. We will be happy to receive from the winners of the contest and/or raffle a happy photo with the prize and use it on the pages of our social networks — so that everyone can see the winners and be sure of the truth and reality of our contests and/or raffles.
6. If the winner of the contest and/or raffle does not contact the page administration within one month (that is, within 31 calendar days) after the announcement of the results or does not respond to the messages of our managers, he will be deprived of the right to the prize. We will not hold a repeat contest and/or raffle, and we also reserve the right to make further decisions regarding the prize.
7. Participants whose personal feed of publications is hidden due to appropriate privacy settings of the social network Facebook , Instagram , etc. (depending on the venue of the contest and/or raffle) will not participate in the contest and/or raffle. The personal feed of publications and the page of the participant of the contest and/or raffle must be open so that the administration can check the fulfillment of the conditions of the contest and/or raffle.
8. The prize will be sent within one month (that is, within 31 calendar days) after the publication of the results. But we reserve the right to extend this term due to various circumstances and technical problems.
9. Results and videos are published in the comments to the contest and/or raffle (if the contest and/or raffle is held on Facebook ), on InstagramStories (if a contest and/or giveaway on Instagram ), by a separate post on Telegram (if a contest and/or giveaway on Telegram), on the YouTube channel (if a contest and/or giveaway on YouTube ), by a separate post on Twitter (if a contest and/or or Twitter giveaway ), etc.
10. Decisions regarding disputed situations, which are not mentioned in these Rules or in the conditions of the draw, are made by the Organizer at its discretion.
11. Prizes from contests and/or raffles are not guaranteed, nor can the product (prize) be returned within 14 days. Also, all prizes may be unpacked and damaged before shipping ( we use prizes for filming (photos and/or videos)).
12. A monetary equivalent and/or exchange for a similar prize is not possible, except when it is indicated in the conditions of a specific competition and/or raffle.
13. Prizes are sent only to Nova Poshta and/or Ukrposhta branches. If there is no branch in the winner's settlement, it is possible to agree to send the prize by address delivery.
14. We publish the results on the day indicated in the conditions of a specific contest and/or draw. We reserve the right to postpone the contest and/or draw to the next day (or several days) if events occur beyond our control. But accounts that fulfilled the conditions already after the end of the contest and/or raffle, do not take part in it.
15. As the Organizer, we are not responsible for technical failures that are beyond our control and affected the course of the competition and/or raffle.
16. This document is the only legitimate rules. We reserve the right to change them without notice or announcement. They are always available with just one call.
17. Confirmation of identity. We can request a photo or scan of your documents (passport, personal identification number, etc.). We need this to verify your identity.
18. Documents. For some contests and/or sweepstakes, we require a taxpayer registration number (RNOKPP, formerly Individual Tax Number (TIN)) to process prizes in accordance with law. Copies of documents are required for tax reporting purposes to confirm that you received the prize and for us to pay tax on the prize (PIT) for you.
19. If you participate in the competition and/or raffle, you automatically give your consent to the processing of your personal data. They will not be passed on to third parties, we only need them to send the prize.
20. Contests and/or raffles on our social networks are held for the purpose of advertising goods and/or services.
21. We publish the dates of contests and/or raffles in open access directly on the social network where they will take place.
22. BIOTUS social media sweepstakes are not a lottery or gaming service.

24. Contests and/or raffles are held only on the territory of Ukraine, the prize is sent on the territory of Ukraine (except temporarily occupied territories, Autonomous Republic of Crimea and ORDLO). The prize cannot be sent to another country (even if a resident of Ukraine is currently in the territory of another country).
