Recommended use: Mix 1 scoop of Super Carb with 355–475 ml of water. Shake well for 30–45 seconds. Can be consumed as needed before, during or after intense exercise for extra energy.
For larger servings, follow the directions below.
- Mix 10 scoops of Super Carb with 3 L (800 ml) of water. Shake well for 30-45 seconds.
- Mix 50 scoops of Super Carb with 19 L (19 l) of water. Shake thoroughly for 45-50 seconds.
Other Ingredients: flavor (citric acid 800 mg, natural and artificial flavors 600 mg, malic acid 400 mg, sucralose 100 mg, acesulfame potassium 30 mg), beetroot powder 50 mg (color).
