Suggested use: Mix 1 scoop of Super Carb with 355–475 ml of water. Shake well for 30–45 seconds. Can be consumed as needed before, during or after intense exercise for extra energy.
For larger servings, follow the instructions below.
- Mix 10 scoops of Super Carb with 3 l 800 ml of water. Shake well for 30-45 seconds.
- Mix 50 scoops of Super Carb with 5 ounces of water. Mix thoroughly for 45-50 seconds.
Other Ingredients: Flavor (Citric Acid 1000 mg, Natural Flavors 600 mg, Malic Acid (400 mg), Sucralose 100 mg, Acesulfame Potassium 35 mg), Beet Powder (50 mg (Color)).
