Recommended use: Mix 1 scoop of Super Carb with 355-475 ml of water. Shake well for 30-45 seconds. Can be consumed as needed before, during or after intense exercise for extra energy.
For larger servings, follow the instructions below.
- Mix 10 scoops of Super Carb with 3 l 800 ml of water. Shake well for 30-45 seconds.
- Mix 50 scoops of Super Carb with 5 ounces of water. Mix thoroughly for 45-50 seconds.
Other Ingredients: Flavor (Citric Acid 1000 mg, Natural & Artificial Flavors 600 mg, Malic Acid (400 mg), Sucralose 100 mg, Acesulfame Potassium 35 mg), Color (Beta Carotene 50 mg, Annatto Powder 10 mg).
