Recommended use: Mix 1 scoop of Super Carb with 355-475 ml of water. Shake well for 30-45 seconds. Can be consumed as needed before, during or after intense exercise for extra energy.
For larger servings, follow the directions below.
- Mix 10 scoops of Super Carb with 3L 800ml of water. Shake well for 30-45 seconds.
- Mix 50 scoops of Super Carb with 19L of water. Stir thoroughly for 45-50 seconds.
Other Ingredients: alour (citric acid 1000 mg, natural & artificial flavours 600 mg, malic acid (400 mg), sucralose 100 mg, acesulfame potassium 35 mg), 50 mg beta-carotene (colour).
