Suggested Use:

Take one mini-tablet daily, preferably with your morning meal.

Other Ingredients:

(Natural mineral or vegetable source): cellulose, stearic acid, silicon dioxide. Contains soy.

Coating: vegetable food glaze (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose). 

Does not contain: Wheat, gluten, milk, lactose, nuts, peanuts, eggs, fish, shellfish.
