Vitamin B-6, Vitamin B-6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Puritan's Pride is a water-soluble vitamin, belongs to the B vitamins. Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) is necessary for the synthesis of proteins, sugars, enzymes, hemoglobin, erythrocytes. It is involved in the formation of antibodies, serotonitis and norepinephrine, necessary for the function of the nervous system (myelin formation), is involved in the absorption of glucose by nerve cells.
