Description
Vitamin K2 is found in meat, egg yolks, and dairy products and remains active in the body much longer. This supplement is a brand name for vitamin K called MenaQ7, a natural form of vitamin K that is bioactive and extracted from fermented soybeans. The MK-4 form is absorbed into the body within a few hours. In contrast, the MK-7 form is available for absorption over a 24 hour period at much higher levels. Softgels are easy to swallow and a great way to get your daily value of this vital nutrient.
