Description

L–tryptophan – amino acid, which is indispensable for humans, must be supplied with food to the body in sufficient quantities. It is used by cells for the synthesis of nicotinic acid (PP), serotonin, proteins, antibodies of the immune system. It controls the functioning of the endocrine system. The amino acid in the human body is converted into serotonin, which is produced in the brain. It also contributes to overall good tone, maintaining efficiency, good relaxation.

L-lysine is not produced in the body, but must come from outside with food. With insufficient intake, its deficiency is replenished with preparations containing lysine, which will be a good tool in the fight against herpes and other viruses. It strengthens the skeletal system of the elderly (lack of the amino acid lysine occurs due to the excretion of calcium in the urine), prevents the development of cataracts in diabetes mellitus. For more detailed advice, you can contact the manager on the Biotus website
