L-Theanine is an amino acid that is abundant in tea leaves. This natural neurotransmitter enters the brain and is converted into gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA).

Recommendations Directions: 1 capsule 1 or 2 times daily with water/juice or as directed by a physician.
Other Ingredients: Cellulose , magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide. Gelatin capsule.
Does not contain: wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, egg, fish, seafood, peanuts or tree nuts.
