Application

Boil distilled or boiled water to lukewarm temperature. Fill the bottle with 240 ml water. Pour the contents of the package into the bottle and tighten the cap. Press the lid with your finger and gently shake the mixture. Lean over the sink to a comfortable level. Insert the nozzle on the bottle into your nostril.
