Directions for use:

Take 1 capsule twice daily with meals.

Other ingredients:

Gelatin, glycerin, purified water, mixed natural tocopherols, shellac, sodium alginate, acetylated monoglycerides, glycerin, polysorbate 80 and potassium sorbate. Contains fish (anchovies, sardines, herring, mackerel) and soy.
