Cod Liver Fish Oil from Carlson - Highly concentrated Norwegian deep sea fish oil sourced from cold waters; contains important omega-3 fatty acids such as EPA and DHA. Use: For adults, take 1 to 5 softgels daily with meals. 5 capsules equals 1 teaspoon (5ml) of Carlson Liquid Fish Oil.
