There are enough probiotics in yogurts, in the form of lacto- and bifidobacteria, sauerkraut (not pasteurized) there are probiotics pediokokus, leuconostoc, as well as lactobacilli, in some types of cheese, kefir. Natural Factors, Ultimate Probiotic, Womens Formula
Use: 1 capsule 3 times daily, preferably with meals. Dose may be increased as directed by a physician.
Other Ingredients: Veggie Caps (Cellulose, Purified Water), FOS (Fructooligosaccharides), Inulin , magnesium stearate (vegetable grade), ascorbic acid. Contains milk and soy.
Does not contain: wheat, artificial preservatives, colors or sweeteners.
Warnings: Keep in a cool place (preferably refrigerator) out of reach of children. Do not use if seal is broken or missing.
