Directions for use: pread the entire label and follow the provided directions before use. Assess your tolerance by mixing 1 serving (1 scoop) with 180 ml of cold water and drinking it approximately 30 minutes before training. Then increase the dosage to 2 servings by mixing with 360 ml of cold water before training. Do not exceed 2 servings (2 scoops) within 24 hours. Maintain adequate hydration during use.
