The basis of Intra Carb is an advanced carbohydrate blend, which includes: carbohydrate clusterdextrin® (Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin) - a carbohydrate that is responsible for energy without spikes in blood sugar levels. Maltodextrin - a source of easilydigestible carbohydrates to support performance. Dextrose – replenishes glycogen stores and promotes recovery after training.
This combination allows you to evenly supply the body with energy throughout the workout, preventing fatigue and maintaining a high level of performance. The formula is enriched with electrolytes that act on hydration and restore electrolyte balance, especially during intense sweating.

Recommended use: During training, mix 1-2 scoops (1-2 servings) with 950-1900 ml of cold water. Drink about 1/3 of the mixture 20 minutes before intense training, and then drink the rest during training. As a peri-workout supplement, use before, during, or after your workout to enjoy endurance and easy recovery.
