Recommended Use: as a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules daily at mealtime.
Other Ingredients: mmicrocrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, vegetable source stearic acid, hydroxypropyl cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, vegetable source magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide (mineral bleach) , polyethylene glycol, talc, natural vanilla mint flavor, chlorophyllin (color), stevia leaf extract.
Contains: soybeans, fish ( anchou mackerel, sardine, smelt, salmon, tuna, cod, or a combination).
Free of: gluten, artificial flavors, wheat, dairy products.
