Directions for Use
Children 3-5 years: Consult your physician for dosage recommendations. Maximum dose is 5 drops (1 mg).
Children 6-12 years: Take 10 drops (2 mg).
Children 12 years and older: Take 15 drops (3 mg).
Adults: Take 25 drops (5 mg) or as needed, but do not exceed 10 mg.

Drops should be taken orally 30-60 minutes before bedtime. Place drops in mouth and swallow. Drops can also be added to water or juice. Shake bottle well before each use.
