Recommended Use: Take 1 tablet 20 minutes before bedtime.
Other Ingredients: Dicalcium Phosphate , microcrystalline cellulose, methylcellulose, silica, stearic acid, hypromellose, maltodextrin, cellulose gum, beet root extract, magnesium stearate, glycerin.
