Recommended Adult Dose: Take 25 drops three times daily during meal times or as directed by a physician. To improve sleep, take one dose at bedtime. Consult a physician for use for more than eighteen weeks.
Other ingredients: purified water, ethanol (grain).
Does not contain: starch, soy, sodium, sugar, artificial colors or flavors, dairy or animal products. Ideal for vegans.
