Usage:Dilute two scoops of Amino Energy in 300 ml of cold water. ;Two scoops = one serving.
Suggested use:
For pre-workout energy Support: 2 - 6 scoops 20-30 minutes before workout.
For Post-Workout Amino Support: After at least 4 hours of initial pre-workout dose, take 2-4 scoops post-workout. Do not exceed more than 10 scoops per day.
2 scoops of this product contain 100mg of caffeine. Do not exceed more than 6 scoops within a 4-hour period. Start with ≤2 scoops (≤100mg caffeine) to assess tolerance, then gradually increase servings. Do not exceed 10 scoops per day. Do not combine with alcohol. May be consumed as part of a healthy diet, drink no less than 100 ml of water per day. Exercise may increase the need for additional fluid intake. Keep out of the reach of children.
