L–tryptophan – amino acid, which is indispensable for humans, must be supplied with food to the body in sufficient quantities. Take: 1 tablet three times daily between meals with fruit juice. For restful sleep - the last tablet before bedtime.
Other ingredients: dibasic calcium phosphate, stearic acid, modified cellulose gum, silicon dioxide.
