Suggested Use:
Position the brush at an angle of 45° to the gums and make rotational movements along the gum line, reaching half the width of the tooth. Make sure you reach your back teeth.
Go to the chewing surfaces. Hold the brush straight and brush back and forth along these surfaces.
Once you reach the inner surfaces of the front teeth, tilt the brush vertically and gently brush up and down with the brush tips.
Be sure to brush gently along the gum line.
Brush your tongue to remove food particles and remove odor-causing bacteria to freshen your breath.
It is recommended to change the brush head every 3 months.
