Application: as a dietary supplement, evaluate tolerance, starting with 2 capsules in the morning, regardless of food intake. Experienced users may take a third capsule with the morning dose after assessing tolerance. Do not take capsules within 7 hours of bedtime to avoid sleeplessness.
