Directions for use: As a dietary supplement, adults take two 2 capsules 30 minutes before their first meal. To assess tolerance, start with 1 capsule when first using this product. Do not exceed 2 capsules per day. Do not take within 4 hours of sleep. Lipo-Drex can be used alone or with other iSatori supplements that do not contain caffeine or other stimulants. For use as part of a strength training program.
