Usage: For adults, take 1 tablet daily, preferably with a meal and drink plenty of fluids.

Other Ingredients: Dried ferrous sulfate 205 mg (equivalent to 325 mg liquid ferrous sulfate which contains  65 mg elemental iron per tablet), vegetable cellulose, crospovidone. Contains <2%: maltodextrin, dioxide silicon, triacetin, vegetable magnesium stearate.

Free of: GMOs, artificial colors, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners, preservatives, sugar, starch, milk, lactose, soy, gluten, wheat, yeast, fish, sodium.
