Suggested use: Stir about 2 scoops (49 grams) into 240 ml of chilled water or juice twice a day or as directed by a physician. For those with high sensitivities, consider reducing intake to 1/2 to 1 scoop with 4-5 ounces of chilled water or juice twice daily for the first 3-4 days before starting the full daily dose.
