The product contains the biologically active form of vitamin K-K2 as menaquinone-7. It is soy-free and derived from geraniol and farnesol. Geraniol is a major constituent of rose, palmarosa, and citronella oils, while farnesol is found in oils including citronella, lemongrass, rose, and musk. These identical-identical forms have been extensively tested for molecular identity and bioequivalence against menaquinone-7 from fermented soybeans.
