Directions for Use: Adults take 3 caplets daily, preferably with meals.
Other Ingredients:cellulose (vegetable origin), croscarmellose, starch, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, cellulose coating.
Contains:soy and fish ingredients (cod, bass, flounder, haddock, hake, pollock, sea bass, sole, tilapia).
