Directions for Use

Gel capsule shell (beef gelatin, glycerin, water), natural mixed tocopherols. The product contains fish (cod) ingredients.

Warning
This product is not recommended if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant. The recommended daily dose contains more than 10,000 IU of vitamin A in the form of retinol. Taking retinol in such quantities is known to cause birth defects or reproductive problems.
