Suggested Use:

For adults, take five drops (0.25 ml) daily, preferably with food. May be taken orally or with water, juice, or food. If you want to use the product as a moisturizing lotion, then apply it directly to the skin.

Other ingredients:

Soybean oil, corn oil, sesame oil, germ oil wheat, lemon oil. Each five drops contain 100 international units (IU) of vitamin E (d-alpha tocopheryl acetate) from natural wheat germ and vegetable oils.
