Suggested Use: ptake 2 gel capsules daily, preferably with meals or as directed by a physician.
Other ingredients: msoft gelatin capsule [bovine gelatin (without BSE), glycerin, water, carob] and rice bran oil. This product also contains the following naturally occurring mixed tocopherols and mixed tocotrienols: delta tocopherol, beta tocopherol, gamma tocotrienol, alpha tocotrienol, delta tocotrienol, beta tocotrienol.
