Vitamin B12, Adenosyl/Hydroxy B12, Pure Encapsulations is a liquid vitamin supplement that contains vitamin B12 in the forms of adenosylcobalamin and hydroxycobalamin. Hydroxycobalamin is a B12 precursor essential for macronutrient metabolism, methionine and DNA synthesis. Hydroxycobalamin is a precursor form of vitamin B12 that is converted in the body to both methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. It is similar to cyanocobalamin without the cyanide part. This form of unmethylated B12 promotes nervous system health and is responsible for mitochondrial function. Vitamin B12 is essential for the energy metabolism of carbohydrates, fat and protein. Vitamin B12 is an essential cofactor for DNA production, and 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHFA) is involved as a cofactor in body reactions, specifically the remethylation of homocysteine to methionine. Adenosylcobalamin is an activated form similar to methylcobalamin. Unlike methylcobalamin, which is found in the cytosol of cells and predominates in the blood and other fluids, adenosylcobalamin is the main form of vitamin B12, which is stored in the mitochondria of cell tissues. Folic acid and vitamin B12 are essential in the production of neurotransmitters, and low levels of vitamins and folic acid can lead to poor production of serotonin, a neurotransmitter associated with mood control. Vitamin B12 deficiency in the body can lead to disruption of the nervous system.

Мені не підходить препарат в капсулах чи таблетках бо не получається ковтати. Препарат вітаміну В12 в рідкому стані мені гарно підійшов. Смак нейтральний, можу приймати або в чистому вигляді, або розвести в невеликій кількості води. Дуже зручно. Результат є від прийому.Answers 0

Просто чудовий ефект від цього комплексу виробника Pure Encapsulations! Брала варіант з аденозилкобаламіном і гідроксикобаламіном у рідкій формі (30 мл) — дуже зручно, бо не треба ковтати капсули, просто кілька крапель під язик. Після кількох днів помітила, що зранку стало легше прокидатись, голова ясніша, менше втоми. Сон покращився, нервова система теж трохи заспокоїлась — менше реагую на дрібниці. Смак приємний, без хімічного присмаку. Особливо подобається, що це чиста формула, без зайвих добавок — відчувається якість. Єдине, що пляшечка могла б бути трохи більшою, бо вистачає не надовго, а ефект реально вартий того.
