Ubiquinol-QH by Douglas Labs is a softgel capsule containing 10 IU of vitamin E and 100 mg of natural ubiquinol in a proprietary, self-assembled nano-colloid system for improved absorption, called VESIsorb technology. Ubiquinol is a biologically reduced form of ubiquinone, also known as coenzyme Q10. It is also involved in antioxidant defense by working together with nutrients like vitamin E.

Suggested Usage:
