Triphala – it is youth, health and longevity – so says Ayurvedic medicine.
Triphala consists of three components, hence it got its name: alamaki, haritaki, bibhitaki. For more detailed advice, you can contact the manager on the Biotus website
How to use: pour 1 teaspoon of triphala powder into a cup of hot water (200 g). Wait until the powder has settled, and only then can the liquid be drunk. The powder can be used a second time by filling it with hot water. Drink twice a day - then discard the sediment. Use between meals for best absorption.
Warnings: If you are pregnant, nursing or planning to become pregnant, consult your physician before use. Excessive use of tea can cause tooth discoloration due to tannins. Rinse mouth with clean water after use. Keep in a dry, cool place out of reach of children. Do not use if protective ring is broken or missing.
