Stovetop RecipeIndian Chicken KadaiIn a frying pan, mix 450 g chicken fillet, 2 tbsp oil, contents of a jar of Cilantro & Tomato Cooking Sauce. Mix the contents thoroughly. Simmer covered over low heat for 30-35 minutes after boiling. Then cook over high heat for 5 minutes. Set aside, cover and let stand 3 minutes. Serve hot.Kadai Vegetables Recipe3 cups (450 g) chopped vegetables (potatoes, beans, carrots and peas) boil in water for 10 minutes, strain and set aside. In a pan, heat 2 tbsp. oils; top with vegetables and fry for about 2-3 minutes at high temperature. Add 1 jar (345 g) of Cilantro & Tomato Cooking Sauce, bring to a boil, then simmer, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are ready – approximately 30-35 minutes. Optionally, add 1/4 cup (42g) cubed breaded cheese or tofu and cook for 5 more minutes. Add water during cooking if needed.Serve: Serve hot with naan bread or steamed rice.
