Suggested Use:

For adults: 68kg or more take one heaping tablespoon three times a day. For persons weighing less than 68 kg - one tablespoon twice a day. Mix with 236 ml  water, juice or your favorite drink. Drink immediately. For children: (6-12 years) 1/2 regular adult dose. Colon Cleanse Orange can be taken daily as a means of adding dietary fiber to the diet.
