Use recommendations

Apply generously and evenly 15 minutes before sun exposure and reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying and at least every 2 hours. Time exposure to the sun increases the risk of skin cancer and premature aging. To reduce it, regularly use a sunscreen with a broad spectrum SPF of 30 or higher and other sun protection measures, including: limit sun exposure, especially from 10 am to 2 pm, wear long-sleeved shirts, trousers, hats and sunglasses. For use on children under 6 months of age, a doctor's consultation is required.
