Suggested use: To test individual tolerance, for the first 3 days, take one (1) capsule two (2) times a day approximately 30-60 minutes before two main meals with a glass of water. Starting from day 4, adhere to the following instructions. Do not take more than two (2) capsules within 4 hours and more than four (4) capsules within 24 hours. The drug should be taken no later than 5 hours before bedtime. For best results, take Hydroxycut for 60 days while following a reduced calorie diet and engaging in regular exercise.
