Now Foods, Real Food, Zesty Sprouting Mix

Use: Place two tablespoons of seeds in a sprouting jar, adding three times as much water as seeds. Soak overnight.  ;Rinse the seeds and drain the water twice a day, store in low humidity conditions without direct sunlight. On the fourth day, rinse the sprouts and set the jar in the sun to develop green chlorophyll leaves.
