Flora, Udo's Choice, Udo's Oil DHA 3 6 9 Blend

Use: adults take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) 3 times daily with meals. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Shake well before use. Suitable for salad dressings, for making sauces, yoghurts and protein shakes; useful to add to vegetable and fruit juices; can also be used with rice, potatoes and pasta (after cooking). Do not heat or use for frying.

Other Ingredients: Organic Linseed Oil, Organic Sesame Oil, Organic Sunflower Oil,  organic coconut oil, algae oil (Schizochytrium), organic evening primrose seed, rice and oat bran oils, organic soy lecithin, high oleic acid sunflower oil, antioxidants: rosemary extract, tocopherols, ascorbyl palmitate.

Free of: Gluten, yeast, corn, wheat, milk, salt, sugar, artificial flavors.

Warnings: Adults only. Do not use if protective ring is broken or missing. Keep away from children. After opening the package, use within 2 months, store in a dark, cool place. This product can be frozen to keep fresh for long periods.
