Suggested Use: adults take 3 gel capsules in the morning before breakfast and 3 softgels in the evening before bed. Drink a full glass of water with each serving.
Other Ingredients: gelatin, purified water, glycerin, beeswax, soy lecithin, titanium dioxide, sodium chlorophyllin chloride, silicon dioxide and maltodextrin, soy.
Free of: preservatives.
