Suggested Use:Shake well before use. 
As a dietary supplement:
For daily care:Children aged 6 to 12 years, take 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) daily with 240 ml of water. Adults and children over 12 years of age, take (5 ml) 1 teaspoon per day with 240 ml of water.
For intensive use:Children aged 6 to 12 years, take (2.5 ml) 1/2 teaspoon twice a day with an interval of 12 hours. Adults and children over 12 years of age, take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) twice daily at 12-hour intervals.

Other Ingredients: vegetable glycerin, purified water, natural mint flavor, Quik-Sorb® (ginger rhizome, amla fruit, capsicum fruit).
