Recommended use: Shake well before use. Take every 2 hours as needed: Toddlers: 1-3 years old: 1/2 teaspoon (approximately 2.5 ml); children aged 3-10 years: 1 teaspoon (approximately 5 ml); Children 10 years and older and adults: 1 tablespoon (approximately 15 ml).
