Adenosylmethionine, SAM-e, Now Foods – an amino acid derivative produced by the body. Participates in the production of proteins, lipids and nucleic acids. The largest amount of S-adenosylmethionine is produced by the liver, but by the age of 30-40 the level of its production is significantly reduced. It is often taken after liver toxicity, including chemotherapy. SAMe is also involved in the production of serotin, dopamine and adrenaline. Interrupts relapses of neurotic depression.

Method Application: 1 capsule 2-4 times a day, preferably on an empty stomach. Adults only.
Other Ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, silica and stearic acid (vegetable source).
Does not contain: wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or nuts. Manufactured in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Warnings: do not use by humans with a diagnosis of bipolar disorder or manic depression. If you are pregnant or taking prescription drugs, consult your physician before use. Store in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children.
Refrigeration recommended after opening.
