Carlson Fish Oil is made from fresh fish caught off the coast of Norway. The oil is produced without the use of chemicals and with the addition of vitamin E. To preserve the freshness of the fish oil, the air inside the package is replaced with nitrogen. Pleasant light orange flavor and high content of EPA and DHA  characteristic of this quality and natural fish oil. Fish oil contains polyunsaturated omega-3 DHA and EPA fatty acids. Fatty acids help improve mental and physical performance, reduce fatigue. Carlson manufactured Omega-3 DHA and EPA in the form soft gelatin capsules of 1200 mg of fish oil concentrate each. Use: Take one teaspoon 1-2 times daily with meals . After opening the bottle, store in the refrigerator for no more than 3 months.
