Usage: start with 1 softgel from 1 to 2 times a day to test individual tolerance to the product. Then increase the dose to 2 capsules 1 to 2 times a day. Do not forget to take the capsules with a full glass of water, and also drink  the required amount of water (from 1.5 to 2.5 liters per day).

Other ingredients:  fish oil, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, gelatin, d-alpha tocopherol, glycerin, natural citrus flavor and water.
