Carlson Cod Liver Fish Oil is made from fresh cod liver that is caught off the coast of Norway. The oil is produced without the use of chemicals and with the addition of vitamin E. To preserve the freshness of the fish oil, the air inside the package is replaced with nitrogen. A pleasant light lemon taste and a high content of EPA and DHA are characteristic of this quality and natural fish oil. Fish oil contains the omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids DHA and EPA. How to use: Take one teaspoon daily with meals. After opening the bottle, store in the refrigerator for no more than 3 months.
